About the project.

PA Media Group is a large, multi-national organisation renowned for its news, sports and entertainment content, data and services. Its flagship brand, PA Media, is the national news agency for the UK and Ireland. As PA Media Group continues its expansion into international markets, it increasingly requires more from their Unit4 Business World to achieve global success.

PA Media Group have used Unit4 Business World since 2014 for financial systems, facilitating the work of internal teams and simplifying processes across the PA Group. However, PA Media Group needed a technical support provider that could meet their technical support expectations, and QuickThink Cloud was recommended by another Unit4 Business World support provider.

Since the beginning of the relationship with QuickThink Cloud in 2019, PA Media Group have experienced quick response times, increased control of their Unit4 system and expert technical consultancy. When PA Media Group commence their international expansion to India, QuickThink Cloud will be the go-to technical support for test systems and go-live in 2021.

Through on-going helpdesk support and hosting, as well as upgrade consultancy, QuickThink Cloud work closely with PA Media Group internal teams to keep their Unit4 system highly available and tailored to them.
